April 14-20 is National Telecommunicators week. MNPEA thanks all of our 911 Dispatchers and Telecommunicators for their part in public safety. Almost every emergency response begins with a call to 911. Thank you.

Two Hennepin County Deputies shot

Two Hennepin County Sheriff’s deputies were shot today attempting to make a felony warrant arrest. The suspect is dead and the Deputies are expected to recover. Full Story Fox 9 MNPEA wishes the Deputies a full and speedy recovery.

Corrections 2.2% Multiplier makes Omnibus Bill
