Minnesota Public Employees Association welcomes the Dakota County Sheriff’s Office, Non-Licensed Supervisory Employees Unit and the Lakeville Police Department Essential Employees Unit.
On February 14th, the MN Bureau of Mediation Services certified the election results for the Dakota County Non-Licensed Supervisory Employees. The vote was 9 to 2 in favor of MNPEA as their exclusive representative.
On February 21st, the MN Bureau of Mediation Services certified the election results for the Lakeville Police Department Essential Employees. The vote was 30 to 1 in favor of MNPEA as their exclusive representative.
