On October 23rd, the BMS certified election results for the Sherburne County Non-Licensed Essential Employees Unit.  The vote was 47 for MNPEA and 2 for Teamsters Local 320.  The BMS certified the Minnesota Public Employees Association, Inc as the exclusive representative for the Sherburne County Non-Licensed Essentials Unit.
