There’s been a Bill sitting with the Pension Commission that will add a Correctional Officer seat to the PERA Board, HF4342. It has a Senate companion, SF4464. That used to be enough to give the Bill a hearing with the Pension Commission.
On April 2nd the Pension Board is even hearing a Bill without a Senate companion, HF5137.
