There’s currently a bill to remove the WEP penalty for law enforcement officers and allow qualifying LEO’s to draw their Social Security without the WEP penalty.
It has the support of the FOP and President elect Donald Trump. If passed this is good news for our Police and Sheriff’s Deputy members.
