Joseph Biden commuted the death sentences of 37 inmates from Death to Life.
Included was Anthony George Battle. He was sent to prison for rape and murder in 1987. Then in 1994 he killed a Georgia Correctional Officer with a hammer.
He appealed the death sentence in 1999 and it was upheld.
But thanks to President Biden he will not see Justice.
