The Minnesota Public Employees Association, Inc. (MNPEA) was established to provide Public Employees in Minnesota with an alternative to the standard National and International Unions.  The Minnesota Public Employees Association is structured to give the Members control over their representation.  The Business Agents and Board answer to the Members who, by the Constitution, have an override authority on the decisions of the Board.  MNPEA is a non-partisan association.  This is truly a New Concept in Labor Representation for the 21st Century.
